UNPROFESSIONAL AND TOXIC WORKPLACE - Customer Service Representative Continuum Global Solutions Employee Review

Pros

Work from home (that's it)

Cons

1.) Supervisors are mean and unprofessional. They are not willing to assist team members. They love using caps lock and exclamation points in emails and team chats. Suggestions are not welcome. 2.) No work/life balance. During meetings, we would always hear a supervisor/team member complain about working too many hours. Some can't even enjoy vacation time off because they would be checking in the chat even though they are off. 3.) Lots and lots of technical issues. If your system completely breaks down, you would be told to log off. Means no work = no pay. There was an incident my coworker was unpaid for a whole week because the company computer was broken. 4.) Toxic workplace. You would hear inappropriate language from supervisors. They love making "smart" remarks. The major complaint of my coworkers would be rude responses from our supervisors. When you ask genuine questions they would respond with smart remarks.
