Cons
Sups are sloooow at answering questions. then get mad if you keep the customer on hold for too long. (you are only allowed two mins to type out your question and then make stupid small talk to the customer, GOD help you if you are ASD. The Sups only care about their numbers, not yours. Oh... and kiss the Idea of vacations and holidays goodbye because they don't believe in giving you those days off. THEPERFCT Recipe for Burnout.
