I really enjoy going to work for Rocco. He is a driven owner/boss and hands on. He is like a family member to all in the office but is still straight forward. The entire team is very helpful and works with you when you have a problem.
Cons
The industry is extremely busy and training new employees can be an issue. The learning curve is a bit much but with the assistance from the team it keeps you enthusiasm high and makes you want to do more.
