Contour is such an exciting, fast-paced place to work. There is always a new challenge or opportunity that keeps you on your toes. You will never be bored!! Pros include the team culture, which is highly supportive; the systems, which have a lot of potential; and management.

The organisation has grown at a rapid pace. With this, there comes teething issues such as process improvement requirements and less efficient operating models. The Contour team are actively working to improve this for the future to ensure positive experiences across the board.

Tutors are paid well for their experience, they receive great mentorship, and always have extra roles or positions that they can take up if they wish. The company has great benefits all round.

Pay misses and miscalculations were consistent at Contour, but are much more infrequent now. A very intense culture that unspokely promotes working extra unpaid time, and taking unreasonable shifts in the name of making an Impact. Strict structure for tutors to abide by sometimes removes the freedom of teaching approaches. Management is manipulative and fails to be transparent about their intentions.
