      Pros

      I have worked in Contrack for almost 9 years in Afghanistan Operations and Cairo Projects, I am feeling that all Contrack members like a family to me.

      I don't think there is any downsides, at least in my opinion

      1. Growing, expanding in the market place 2. Very competent, talented corporate leadership: firm, but open to feed-back 3. Positive working environment

      Cons

      No "real" cons. Contrack has its idiosyncrasies, not unike any other company. Employees need to adjust to those.
