The team at Contractor Compliance was very highly motivated and always strived for the best. Coworkers were great and were always very supportive in any way they could. Senior leadership was always very approachable.

Contractor Compliance was a pretty high-paced environment. If you're not comfortable with often tight deadlines, then it may become overwhelming. However, this is not abnormal for many tech companies.

Working at Contractor Compliance is fantastic. They have an excellent CEO who truly cares and goes above and beyond for his team. The founders of the company are also great to work with and the Windsor team is talented and friendly. As the Toronto presence grows throughout 2019, this would be an exciting opportunity for anyone located in Southern Ontario to consider. Some of the main perks are a flexible schedule, ability to work from home and the best vacation day policy I have seen. From a professional standpoint, you will working and learning from some of the top minds in the SaaS world on highly motived team that will not accept anything less than success. Working with this group of people is fun and the company and product are growing quickly because everyone is working in unison towards the same goal.

I have yet to experience any notable downsides to working here. There's zero micromanagement, everyone has an impressive resume, people get along really well and everyone is excited for what's on the horizon.
