As an Equal opportunities employer, we strive hard to make sure every single employee has enough support, guidance and most important role clarity to make sure they perform to the best of their abilities. In a way, this is good for us more than the employee as it creates a fun loving working environment and builds on efficiency/productivity. But are the above statements only statement or do they have any fact & figures to support it? Yes, and here it comes: 20 years of nonstop growth, 300 odd employees, spread globally and thousands of returning customers tell its own story. On the various allegations raised in your feedback, we feel disappointed that we did not get a chance to know you and have the difference resolved. - We are glad that you had a great team to work with. This is exactly what we strive hard for, finding the right minded people and providing them with ample opportunities to grow. - Contrado had to protect its key asset (people) from Covid. Again the logic is quite simple, if the employee is not feeling well, everything comes to an halt. So very strict measures were in place throughout Covid as per Government guidelines. - Salaries are offered as per Industry standards and most importantly considering the candidate’s previous experience and qualifications. A true testament is the 300 employee tightly knot workforce across the globe. Thank you and Best wishes
