Pros
- people are so kind and caring - the work is pretty cool - managers trust you to make decisions - they have a very positive culture already, but are always working to make it better - experts work here — there are lots of really knowledgeable people to learn from - they make an effort to include/get to know WFH employees
Cons
- on occasion there’s some not-so-fun work (expected from agency), but there’s always a sense of teamwork regardless
