Unless you're Bosnian or a Muslim you need not apply! There's SO much favoritism there and no chance for advancement unless you're a Bosnian or Muslim or related to one of them. Management and HR is a joke! There's NO communication and they have the attitude that it's everyone for themselves and they encourage sabatoging the next shift. The mood at the place is that they don't care about the employees. They set extravagant "quotas" that NOBODY can meet but they write you up if you don't and you work Mon-Sat every weekend 8-10 hours a day.
