Starting out you will get good exposure to an array of activities from service to commissioning to engineering. With a fresh set of grow and growth orientated management this company will excel in my opinion!
Cons
There are a number of individuals who are embedded into the company because they helped to start it and they are toxic. They do little but blame , lie and finger point to cover themselves. When people are under resourced this gives them opportunity to redirect their failures. If you are meticulous and cover everything with emails you will be fine...
