Cons
Starting pay is absolutely rubbish and only increases in minimal increments after a year and several staged assessments. You will be given, and expected to uphold, a large array of GDPR sensative, legally binding, and delicate information based responsibilities while being paid at the lowest level of minimum wage. All while under the constant scrutiny and possible penalising assessment of upper management, you are expected to adhere to a litany of legal requirements for security and client confidentiality that bare heavy and possibly criminal ramifications if you make a mistake, while being paid at a level most other admin-based roles pay considerably better for without the added risk.
