Pros
the staff are nice enough and the office is in a good location. That's were the pro's end unfortunately. Do not recommend working for this company.
Cons
Staff turn over is high A lot of work is outsourced to overseas. The IT team is in the Philippines, you can see how well that works when your computer isn't working. They promise you a reasonable work load but within a few short months of starting, it increases dramatically with no support staff. There is also no capacity from other staff to help when needed. Management love you when you are sitting quietly working crazy hours but then turn on you when you have 20 settlements in a week and ask for help.
