Also day-to-day, our software team works really well together, even though many of us are remote. We also work on a very modern stack, with Svelte, AWS Lambda, Dynamo DB etc.

Like any software engineering team, there are periods of intense feature work - but we also often take the time to uplift our codebase, find ways to improve developer workflows and ensure team members are looked after.
