The product roadmap is chaotic and directionless. - Senior Leadership Team (SLT) lacks professionalism and corporate experience, which reflects poorly in their decision-making and management style. - The work environment is overwhelmingly toxic, fostering stress and dissatisfaction. - Extremely high employee turnover, with many leaving due to dissatisfaction. Those who remain often do so reluctantly because of the challenging job market. - No recognition or appreciation for employee efforts—constructive feedback is replaced with constant criticism.
