Company is fragmented geographically and aging infrastructure sometimes impacts customers negatively - this makes selling tougher. the evolving technology landscape makes selling older fuel efficiency technologies challenging, even when the metrics for customers are favorable. Management needs more operational depth. Sometimes poor separation of work/personal life.
