Pros
Culture is low pressure and mostly supportive of Reps. There is not a ton of pressure from sales managers although goals are very lofty and it's easy to feel (self pressure) as though one is underperforming based on goals. Cook does not nit pick on expense reports, customer dinners and resource allocation. Cook does a good job of promoting from within the company. Best thing about Cook is that sales are growing - being part of a team that has year over year growth is positive - tons of sales opportunities.
Cons
Sales Managers can be hit and miss - there is no uniformed training program for Managers - there is not training program at all. Only about 50% of reps made any kind of commission and those that do make commission( based on dollar growth over and above lofty goals) earn about 3-4k per quarter. Work is demanding - long hours, unpredictable hours and not much help from others because they are over loaded in their roles.
