Pros
Good company ethos. HR led. Good place to cut your teeth in a big corporate company. Gives time to find feet. Good culture but depends on your manager and products you are selling
Cons
Not much career progression. Sometimes there is a lot of politics. Some products along with pricing and marketing are along way behind the curve. Trades on its past reputation to a degree. Flat structure where you can put you points of view across but be careful how you say things and whom you say this to. The thing counts for a lot is the amount of Time you have been there 20 years plus etc. this leads to the wrong people getting promotion sometimes. Lots of dead wood that needs to be got rid of but probably never will.
