Cons
There is culture of fabricating a story to present to the Board of Directors in order to gain approval to move forward with projects. The lies ultimately hurt the company in the end as the Board and various investors have a false confidence that projects are ready to move forward. The culture is make it up as you go, but sound confident and it will be ok. Company spends wastefully on an amazing office space, dinners, etc. Knee-jerk decisions are made without comprehensive review. Startup company that is at the mercy of potential investors, thus resulting in management taking investors feedback to drive company in a direction that goes against all common sense. No potential for growth to move up in the company.
