      Pros

      I am relatively will paid. The work I get can be interesting. It's a law firm gig, for good and for ill.

      Cons

      I just don't see what the long term plan is. The firm is gobbling up a bunch of smaller groups of lawyers but it all seems so haphazard.

      Free lunch and snack bar

      Cons

      Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
