- Leadership needs to be trained ASAP. Leaders are inconsistent which leads to bad decisions, favoristm, harassment, and much more.
- Favoritism causes good people to leave because they don't get a chance to develop because of one bad manager (in Cooper's case, multiple).
- Top leadership needs to be evaluated. They are stuck in a rut and are not moving the company forward, only to bankruptcy.
- HR leadership needs a makeover - too much favoritism here and retaliation from the top man. HR business partners keep leaving - has anyone looked at why?
- 401k matching and cost of insurance could be better; add stock options for all employees.
- Invest in technology. STOP BEING CHEAP.
- We aren't getting anywhere with just hiring more people who barely have anything to do. Then we complain that they don't do anything and fire them. This is why everybody is leaving.
