Pros

There were Pros earlier: It was a good workplace with a productive and friendly working environment. But since last year's Q4, the company has lost its charm, as there was a new CEO, Brent Snyder. Since then, the company's environment has been terrible.

Cons

- No increments & appraisals Some employees working on the same salaries for the last 3 years, increments for those only who are close to the CEO. - No timely disbursements of salaries Since last Aug 24 there have been no timely salary disbursements, even some employees have not received their salaries for the last 3 months. - No employee benefits There was only 1 benefit for employees, i.e. medical for IPD only which has now been discontinued for the last 3 months. - No respect for Pakistani Employees Employees who are from the US and Mexico or from any other part of the world do get timely salaries and other benefits, yet when it comes to Pakistani employees there are no monthly salaries from the last 3 months, no yearly increments, and no employee benefits even when all are entitled with the same benefits. - Management being the king Management receives their salaries from the US directly into their bank accounts with no tax deductions as they show it as the remittance amount. - No open-door policy No open door policy to the extent that if anyone dares to question or whistle blow on the wrongdoings of the management or on the employees who are loved by the management can get laid off any moment without any prior notice or warning.

Pros

Our clients enjoy our new mission to Transform the lives of others. The focus is on the client, ensuring they are able to receive a superior client experience. With an upside down organization, our executives report to the managers who report to the front line of team-members who actively work for our clients. Supporting them and ensuring they are empowered and able to do what the clients need is the primary goal of every person in the company who doesn't actively participate in hourly client projects. This isn't just words, this is truly how the management team acts. Client engaged team members are supported and encouraged to make decisions and take actions that ensure the client is made better. I've never been in a better organization that includes anyone that's willing to participate and use their talents, Leaders are encouraged, trained, mentored and empowered. Team members are rewarded for client focused solutions.

Cons

Those new team members who are used to formal structured organizations and leaders who tell you what to do will struggle until they realize that interdependence, resourcefulness and initiative are major keys to success at C|C.

Pros

Our C-level stakeholders are really approachable. Our team members are truly fantastic, and everyone is dedicated to what they do. David Kramer, our previous CEO, has a wealth of knowledge to share, and he's always there to lend a hand when needed. Plus, he makes sure to acknowledge the value each person brings to the table. Also, David Kramer is still listed as the current CEO here so I'm marking as approved, but he's no longer the CEO of the company, just FYI.

Cons

While many of us feel appreciated for our contributions, there are some new C-level members who tend to make passive-aggressive comments. They also seem to expect everyone to take on sales responsibilities, which really should be their job and the sales team's responsibility. As for requesting a yearly salary increment, the HR team's response, despite our stellar performance and fantastic annual reviews, is unfortunately a no-go.
