      Pros

      The marketing team is great. They really want to best for each other. It is fun from time to time.

      Cons

      Organisation-wise, it is not that good. The board and management team do not really care about the company or the employees and are all quite micro-managing. Inflexible and very revenue driven.

      Pros

      Ideal if you're in between jobs. You can get in very easily as there is no screening or testing.

      Cons

      Very demotivating atmosphere, dictatorial and opportunistic management, no automation, no decent communication, no long term vision
