Pros
An excellent place to work once you have graduated with a Sociology, Philosophy, Psychology (etc.) degree and have no idea what to do with your life. There are many opportunities for advancement. You will have the opportunity to help people and make a difference in the community. If you keep your head down and don't ruffle the wrong person's feathers, you should be able to work here for a long time.
Cons
Unethical leadership, high rate of turn-over, decisions made based on financial gain (as opposed to appropriate service provision), unbalanced persons in positions of power. Several co-workers experienced sexual harassment, witnessed highly unethical behavior by persons in higher roles who were later promoted. Some portions of the company seem to be run well by appropriate leaders. Others seem to be highly dysfunctional persons who exhibit unethical (and sometimes illegal) behaviors.
