Pros

They allow dogs in the office (only certain ones though)

Cons

They preach culture, but have a lot to learn. It's incredibly toxic and only the CEO's favorites get treated well and are promoted. If the CEO decides she doesn't like you, then you will get managed out without any clear communication on why. Lots of micromanaging goes on here.

Pros

Despite the fast growth of the company, they have stayed consistent with their work culture and place a priority on their people. The company also does a good job at trying to provide the resources needed to perform our jobs better. Overall, Cooper Hill is a great place to work and the leadership sets the tone for the culture.

Cons

Consistency of standardization across the company. The company is constantly working to achieve standardization of corporate processes as they continue to grow.

Work life balance, steady hours, plenty of holidays and paid time off.

Cons

Less understanding to family needs above an immediate supervisor. Very clicky, and it is better to be an extrovert to work and advance.
