If you are considering a role at this company, especially following its acquisition in late 2024, I would urge you to proceed with extreme caution.
Since the leadership transition and exodus of former executives, the work environment has dramatically deteriorated. The new executive team fosters a culture that can best be described as toxic. Employees are routinely subjected to unprofessional and discriminatory behavior, including inappropriate comments and actions related to religion and physical appearance. Decisions around terminations have been alarmingly subjective—allegedly based on superficial criteria such as attire and body type.
Merit and expertise hold little value under the current regime. Promotions are given not based on qualifications or performance, but on personal favoritism and a willingness to cater to leadership's ego.
There is no longer any meaningful effort to improve the product or support existing customers.
There are also serious ethical concerns regarding hiring practices, including the alleged recruitment of friends and family members by executives, such as the CEO, without any formal disclosure or transparency.
In summary, what was once a promising and mission-driven workplace has become an environment focused solely on short-term profit and loyalty to leadership at the expense of ethics, employee well-being, and long-term sustainability. I cannot recommend this company as a healthy or rewarding place to build your career.
