Executives meet with everyone from lenders to tellers. Easy to find mentors. The top people in the bank are very down to earth and nice. Very good culture and teamwork. They frequently place very high in the Greater OKC Chamber of Commerce's Best Places to Work.

They probably don't pay quite as well as larger banks like chase or bok. IT stuff is out of date (computers, software, internet, etc).
