Pros
Seem to offer flexible remote work and reasonable pay but beware!
Cons
They actually deduct pay on the basis of rules that they change constantly and then apply after the event. So you're not paid for the hours you've worked and people don't stay long when they realise that they're being treated unfairly. You never know how much they will pay you.
