      Pros

      The people are the reason I am at Copylab. They care for you a lot and they are a people cantered business. They give praise when you do something well and the flexibility they give everyone means I have a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      The quarter-end period is our busiest time and there is a lot to do in these months.

      Great clients. Steady quarter-end work, but the other 8 months are on the skimpy side in terms of the quantity of work offered.

      Cons

      Not enough work is offered in the non-quarter-end months. Would like to hear from the CEO on a fairly regular basis.
