Pros
The lunch is good, that's about it.
Cons
Shockingly disgusting company. I cannot believe something like this is allowed to exist in Denmark. The pitch is that they're protecting the integrity of small time photographers. Instead, they claim rights on photos that are copyrighted by massive businesses like Getty images, and chase old grandmas who write personal blogs, or charities who help sick children - who may have accidentally used a copyrighted image back in 2010. When pointing out legislation that clearly shows no claim can be made when a counter-party was oblivious to copyright and made no profit off the photo's use, I was told to ignore that part of the legislation. The other workers are all either students, or people who have only ever worked in hospitality so don't know better. But no working from home, no flexible hours, no pension or any benefit of any kind. Dishonest, slimy, and masquerading behind this idea that they care about creative integrity - when in reality, they want to make a quick buck. I would urge to anyone interviewing or considering accepting an offer at this company to do your research. You will see that this place is bad news.
