Thank you for your honest review. We're pleased that you enjoyed our unparalleled scheduling flexibility, relaxed office culture, and friendly management, but sorry that you were left with a negative view of our pay and break policy. Our break policy has been updated to allow for more freedom with breaks, but like all companies, we expect that our employees monitor their own breaks and keep them to a reasonable level. Our compensation policy is fair and competitive, but it is production-based and therefore not for everyone. With pay bumps tied to speed, accuracy, tenure, and hours worked per pay period, our employees can earn over $13/hour. However getting there takes consistent effort and being self-motivated, as well as using the resources given during the initial training and the progress reviews by management. We appreciate that time that you spent with us in our Tallahassee facility and hope that the remainder of 2020 treats you well. Thanks again for the feedback!

Pros

I worked remote like most people at the company so there's advantages to that. You set your own hours more or less and the schedule is really flexible. There were multiple times where I had to and was able to make a schedule change right before I was meant to work, if we weren't that busy. Had kind and personable management. It's easy work as long as you have a good WPM. I stayed as a scribe and never really sought out any opportunities but there are some advancement opportunities and bonuses you could earn. The company gives you equipment and replaces it as needed.

Cons

The first few months I worked there were pretty busy, but work has dwindled down quite a bit even as we go into what used to be busy months. You have to be really good at the job in order to get more hours. Having to use a PC and monitor is kind of inconvenient if you don't have a lot of desk space in your home but it's nice that they provide you with equipment.
