      Friendly atmosphere, employee appreciation nothing else.

      Cons

      Poor management, bad decision making, to quick to lay people off instead of determining what the true best plan of action is. The owner is too loyal to his "friends" that work there and it is to the detriment of all else around. They allow inter - office relationships between upper management with no concern for the affect on all else around.

      The company has an amazing Leadership Team and President that truly care about the employees. The employees are great as well.

      Pros

      There are many hard-working employees there with whom I enjoyed getting to know.

      Cons

      Management at Cor-Pro start out as friendly and supportive but it turns out to be all talk. The owner is loyal to only a few people at the company and that is a detriment to all of the other employees. Upper management has a "holier than thou" attitude which causes a divide among all employees. Also, there are a lot of inter-relationships that are tolerated by management which again is a problem for the regular employees.
