Pros
Remote company, clear roles, great people to work with, lots of time to onboard. Summer Fridays (half days!), unlimited sick time, and respect for work life balance. Almost everyone has families so management is understanding with needing to leave to pick up kids or if kids are sick. Lots of on the job training and working groups to join to increase skills. In-person conferences allow for team building.
Cons
Deadlines can get fairly tight but only because the company wants to accomodate any last minute changes the client may have. The IT company also could be better.
