Good vacation accruals after 5 years.
Cons
Lack of staff, no training and too much work for a typical 8 hour day. Nobody covers for you if you actually take a day off, so you feel as if you're being punished for using a benefit that you've earned. You get "promoted" but there's never time to actually get trained for the job you're keeping a chair warm in. Most people just wing it and pretend they know what they're doing. Management never steps in to help with backlogged work but expect you to work extra hours or give up weekends to get the job done.
