Pros
Pharmacy Techs are paid better than average in Colorado. You can call in sick as much as you want. You can be late as much as you want.
Cons
There is one women's and one men's bathroom for 40 people. People regularly steal food (lunch box and all) from the break room refrigerator. This company does not take care it its employees. They want the sale and will use their workers however they can to get it. You are on call over the weekend every four weeks which doesn't sound too bad until it's your week. Because you will most likely end up coming in on the weekend, you will essentially be working 12 days in a row. All of this might be ok except pharmacy technicians are treated like unskilled manservants. The pharmacist would micromanage and shout at me every day. Near the end of my employment there, the manager was following her lead and also berating me. They want their lead time but fail to provide the resources to accomplish it.
