Pros
The management at the Portland branch is excellent, which makes the job much easier. Treats you with respect, understands that many people are looking for autonomy outside of the hospital and they help give it to you. You won’t easily get burnt out.
Cons
Charting in multiple redundant tedious systems makes takes up much more time than patient care. Often you have time to chart while infusing but, hopefully their change to EPIC soon will alleviate the biggest headaches.
