Pros
Sense of accomplishment after each shift. If you reach production you will receive piece pay. But is hard to pull production a week straight when they move you to different lines.
Cons
Lack of communication, favoritism, laziness from supervisors, long pointless hours. And when I say pointless I mean they do not do things the way they should be done. Each line will have a certain number of pieces (usually from what I seen, could be anywhere from 6,000-24,000) Instead of putting the right amount of people on a line that has the most pieces, they would stick 3-4 OF THE FASTEST people on the line with the least and leave THE SLOWEST people on a line with the most. I don't know who makes the schedule, but it's ridiculous!!! I will never suggest Coremark to anyone looking for a job!! They cannot keep any of their workers. Hence why the 'Now Hiring' sign had been up for a year now. Coremark has the potential of being a great place of employment, but not before the work that needs to be done, gets done! I'm sorry for the people that are stuck out there..
