Schedule is received 24 to 48 hours before you have to report for your shift and it can be anywhere in the Tristate area and they will even station you out of state for a week at a time with little to no notice
Schedule will change multiple times a week with little to no notice
Maximum pay raise per year is 3%
Says they pay the IRS recommended milage reimbursement but that is only if you are an Executive. All other employees that travel get paid a flat $400 plus $0.13-0.15 per mile with an average of 2500 miles per month.
Expense reports to receive food reimbursement are a nightmare to submit using their app and are commonly rejected for trivial reasons to delay paying out ( i.e. misspelling "out of town meal" as "out of ton Meal")
Management will have meetings about improving the work place and promise training, raises, quality of life improvements to the scheduling and work place only to not follow through
