      Pros

      Steady paycheck and average benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership and very poor communication. Changes to policy seemed to be directed by the change of wind. No value given to work /life balance for employees. Culture was cultish with the mantra "if you can stick it out you'll like it". Computer systems are one step above punchcard.

      Pros

      Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

      Cons

      Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced
