      Pros

      - I have a great director who advocates for me and who is a fabulous team leader. - Getting to work with passionate and motivated team members.

      Cons

      I don’t really have any cons! At times the work load can be overwhelming but as long as I communicate with my director she is open to hearing ideas or setting more realistic deadlines.

      turn over is tough but its not long.

      Pros

      Great place to learn, collaborate with other teams, and see the results of the work you put in. Good benefits and relaxed work environment that makes being at the office a great place to work. The people really make this place what it is.

      Cons

      Summers are very busy (common for student housing) and collaboration across teams is not always a smooth process.
