Great Pay. Good Benefits. Generally interesting work with reasonable deadlines. Generally smaller projects you can get done in a week so always working on something new. Great work from home benefits. Manager is very forthcoming open and honest. Very little if any work after work.

Some projects can get monotonous due to the nature of work (multiple small query changes requiring a full deployment)

You seem to be valued, until you aren't. employees (for the most part) are very nice (developers mainly)

HUGE TURNOVER RATE FOR EMPLOYEES. Very emotional management (not in a good way). Owner fires employees for entirely invalid reasons to avoid paying unemployment. Says they use scrum/agile, but a daily meeting doesn't constitute as scrum. High expectations with no structure or planning. Owner flies by the seat of their pants, expects you to know exactly what they want without conveying all the details and expectations.
