It was bad by the only good thing is after you work the 200 hours every 2 weeks your paycheck was pretty good

Way overworked no backup I had to deal with two inmates of shanks called for assistance and was told they didn't want to do paperwork in they weren't going to come to assist me so that's when I left and still have not got my last paycheck

CC Uses cutting-edge Technologies, which is good experience for resume building; many of the Teams are collaborative; interesting work and you can believe in company goals.
Cons
Director and Manager level mgmt at corporate here do not provide guidance on projects. There is a lot of turnover on data projects because new employees are thrown into the deep end and then just blamed if results are not as expected. CC really needs more hands-on project oversight. There are also behavioral and anger issues with a couple long-time ppl as well, and this is both exhausting and (sometimes) outright humiliating. They need to treat new people better.
