Poor business practices, lack of leadership and values, toxic culture. No work-life balance, ownership does not support or promote continuing education, nor invests in their employees. New employees receive minimal training with regard to customer service. Executives change titles every few months; some even share the same title with other executives.
Ownership reduced healthcare contributions between 50 and 60% without any advance notice, just prior to the open enrollment period in 2016. Not even the CEO was aware this had been done. Employees found out when they logged in to the portal to renew their enrollment. The deficit was impossible for some employees to bridge the gap.
Some salaried employees were changed to hourly, with a two day notice, in the middle of the pay period - those affected received half of their normal pay on their first hourly payroll.
Employees feel as though they are of little value, and there is no recognition. They will spend weeks and countless hours on projects that are either then canned, or they wait weeks and months for the ownership to review and approve or request changes.
