Pros

You’ll learn how much abuse you can tolerate before you break. If you're looking for sleepless nights, 24x7 work, and no recognition then this is the place.

Cons

1. Bait and Switch During Hiring: They offered a certain salary during campus placements but slashed it upon joining, falsely claiming that was the package all along. This is their standard practice for freshers. 2. Toxic Work Culture: You're expected to work 24x7 without complaints. Late nights, weekends, early mornings, this is not “going the extra mile,” this is exploitation. 3. No Promotions, No Raises: Spent 3 years here, gave everything — still no promotion, no proper hike. Performance, dedication, or impact mean nothing here. 4. Incompetent and Arrogant Leadership: The CEO is a textbook example of what not to be, mocks employees even after layoffs. Zero empathy, full of ego. 5. Leadership Philosophy: Work like a slave, never question anything. Your health, life, career growth, and mental well-being don’t matter. You’re expected to sacrifice everything while they enjoy luxury perks. 6. Misplaced Values: The only culture here is “worship the company, suffer in silence.” No value for humans. Employees are seen as machines

Pros

Working at CoreStack has been an incredible journey of growth, challenge, and reward. From day one, I felt welcomed and valued—not just as an employee, but as a contributor to something truly visionary. The leadership team is transparent, approachable, and genuinely committed to employee well-being and innovation. What sets CoreStack apart is its vibrant, collaborative culture where ideas are not only welcomed but celebrated. There's a real emphasis on autonomy and trust, allowing team members to own their work and take bold steps. I’ve had more career growth here in a year than I did in several years elsewhere. The tech stack is cutting-edge, the pace is energizing, and the mission—to help enterprises thrive through cloud governance—is meaningful and clearly making waves across the industry. And the people? Bright, driven, and supportive. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of high performance and human kindness. If you’re looking to do impactful work with incredible people in a company that’s on an exciting trajectory—CoreStack is the place

Cons

High pace value generation and innovation may lead to a sense of burnout, if individually people don't have the discipline to work-life balance. Company emphasizes and creates enough opportunities for work-life balance, while some subset of people burning themselves out.
