Pros

Love my coworkers on the TR team.

Cons

I believe in this company’s mission and the talented people who bring it to life every day. That’s why the recent removal of a key senior leader was so disappointing. This was someone who consistently demonstrated integrity, transparency, and genuine care for employees and the organization. Their departure wasn’t just another organizational shift — it sent a message about what (and who) is valued. If you aren't a "yes man" you will not be here long. What’s even more concerning is the pattern. Multiple individuals in the same senior leadership capacity have been removed over the past few years. When turnover becomes this frequent in a critical role, it raises questions about the decision‑making process behind it. At some point, it becomes difficult to believe the issue lies with each individual leader rather than with the approach being taken by the teams responsible for these decisions. Employees are left confused, discouraged, and unsure of the long‑term direction. The broader workforce remains talented and committed, but morale has taken a noticeable hit. Trust is fragile, and repeated disruptions at the leadership level make it harder for people to feel confident in the company’s future. I hope the organization takes a serious look at how these decisions are being made and the long‑term impact they have on culture, stability, and retention.

Pros

Great Patient Care, Technology, and open to new ideas & approaches. Primary Care should be studied for the approach to culture in the workplace

Cons

Culture is pushed but not followed. Not assuming positive intent, creating a hostile work environment. Feeling vs facts. Which includes, in the clinic and in administration. Evaluations / Performance feedback; are based on perception vs quantifiable metrics. Team members are made aware of improvements during the yearly review. If a provider is not meeting expectations or not meeting clinical standards it maybe addressed, without follow up or not addressed until there is a rear miss or patient harm Career opportunities are not based on performance it is based on popularity. In the event an internal candidate is not selected for a role; there isn't communication on how to move forward in their career aspirations; a thanks but no thank email is sent. Years of service and exceeding expectations doesn't resonate as a positive attribute.
