Pros

Truly you will see growth like you never have before, working here is like taking a masterclass in GTM, if they see any potential in you at all, they will give you a shot.

Cons

Work-life balance isn't fantastic but it's kind of the price you pay to get a team moving this fast.

Pros

Ambitious growth posture and willingness to move fast. • Opportunity to learn quickly in a high-intensity environment. • Some strong individual contributors working hard under challenging conditions.

Cons

High uncertainty / limited transparency: Organizational changes, terminations, and role shifts occurred with limited context shared broadly, creating uncertainty about stability. • Operational instability: Core workflows and internal systems/processes did not appear mature enough to support the pace of scaling (based on what I observed while supporting the Beagle arm). • Misalignment between messaging and execution (as observed): The business was positioned as tech/AI-forward, but in practice many workflows appeared manual or dependent on non-automated processes. • Sales/production pressure despite operational blockers: Expectations were high even when internal constraints (process/tooling/billing reliability) limited the ability of teams to execute smoothly. • Payroll issues (reported after my time / by colleagues): I was recently notified that multiple employees were not paid for weeks. Some were reportedly partially paid, and the reasons were unclear. While I can’t verify every individual case, the consistency of these reports across multiple people was concerning.
