Pros

Good training opportunities, Friendly environment.

Cons

During 2025 I worked for Cority as a sales account executive. Hired initially to focus solely on new businesses within the sustainability line of products and services. Mid year I was asked to sell every other product as well, meaning my focus had to change dramatically, head over heels. When I had re-trained it emerged behind the scenes that people didn't care much about your own ambitions and expertise, and how to grow together to yield the results. I can honestly state that, it was the worst company I have ever worked for: non stop changes in both C-level and non C-level management, meant that few people new what really happens on the sales floor. No strategy, other than changing staff and overloading teams with new tools, almost on a weekly basis. New Sales Manager seemed to be working well, but hands were tight as he had 3 levels of new managers above him. Clueless only starts to describe management in place. No matter how hard you work, and with results clearly coming, people had no desire to be transparent and honest, never mind patience. I have rarely been so shocked to see how I, and sadly many others have been treated and with barely any foresight been asked to leave the company. No reasoning, no respect. Unheard of.

Pros

Cority is clearly the best product in the market, and they've built such a kind, welcoming culture. This is the best place I've worked in software, even if it's hard work.

Cons

I personally love change, but if you don't, may not be for you. They company is growing up fast as it tries to go for market leadership. That means things can feel a little chaotic sometimes.

Pros

My team was supportive, helpful, and kept my progression at the company top of mind. There was a lot of opportunity to self-lead with enough direction to feel like I was impactful.

Cons

The top-down leadership and direction from C-suite and VP level folks was vague, left us in limbo sometimes, and in the last few months, has been confusing. The HR policies are incredibly dated especially for a tech company- no unlimited PTO (very little PTO actually), minimal health insurance, minimal L&D budget, almost no flexibility with remote work. Also, everything has to be passed through ONE SINGULAR PERSON on the HR team, who really lacked any nuance, thoughtfulness, or attention to detail. Having to communicate with this person at all was a sure-shot at being a frustrating interaction.
