Some employees are good hardworking and knowledgeable.

Work-life balance - promised would not work outside core hours ended up working 16 hour days and weekends but was not enough. Lack of integrity by SLT time - not understanding / blame culture History of constructive dismissals / grievances for bullying / sexual harassment claims.

A casual working environment with lots of fun activities throughout the year for staff.

Very low pay, not very organised. No career progression
