Pros

Good pay, very friendly co-workers, good team building events organized by HR.

Cons

Lots of unfair discrimination by manager within the team. Lots of favoritism. No value/ appreciation for contributions. The manager I worked for was not supportive of pregnant women , as they offered no flexibility even during health issues in pregnancy. Unrealistic expectations from leadership, despite employees having to work with the gazillion systems they run on, and manager was not appreciative of any extra mile an employee goes to complete projects. Very demotivating manager who behaved very cheap when it comes to employee relation. Proceed with caution. Professionalism appears only in the word corporate and not in the way they treat you. If you have kids and you have regular pick up drop off duties for their school, or need to work from home if your child is sick, then this is not the place. They are very unethical. Old school leadership and new managers joining the company comfortably pick bad habits from top management and treat employees ruthlessly.

Constructive feedback or process critiques are routinely penalized or labeled as "attitude problems," stalling genuine quality progression. High Indirect Turnover: This management-by-coercion style has dismantled workplace psychological safety, leading to ongoing administrative volatility and high turnover among supervisory and technical staff.
