We want all team members to feel they are fairly compensated, rewarded and recognized for the work that they do, and we regularly review our compensation packages to ensure pay scales are fair and competitive, benefits are comprehensive, and our time away policies are flexible and generous. We regret to hear that our standards have not met your expectations in these areas. We will take your suggestion about incentives and bonuses with us as we continue to look for ways to recognize and reward hard work.
Regarding the operating environment, know that we recognize that working in varying weather conditions can be challenging and we actively seek continuous improvement in our production environment to help regulate temperatures, including longer breaks and cooling stations.
