However, we're disappointed to hear that your experience on our team, including with some members of management, did not reflect our ideals and expectations. Through our Speak Up Line (EthicsPoint), we encourage any team member to reach out with their concerns so that we can address specific needs and provide direct support. In addition, we have launched a comprehensive leadership training program to help our managers improve their communication and leadership skills and better support their teams.
